Earlier this month, I was lucky enough to spend a few days in Saratoga Springs, NY. Officially, I was there for the annual meeting of the State Society of Aging for New York, to represent my research institute on a panel. However, while I was there, I made sure to get some time in at the Roosevelt Spa, to stroll around the park, to go on a little photo safari, and to go for a hike in the Skidmore College North Woods.
